Blofish is easily my favorite sushi spot in Boulder — fresh, creative, and always delicious. The rolls are super flavorful, the fish is top quality, and the vibe is relaxed but stylish. You can tell the chefs really care about what they’re serving — every bite is a win (and we had a lot)

The shop is small and very cozy. The service from both front and back of house was casual, welcoming and knowledgeable. The sushi is fresh and delicious. The Nigiri was melt in your mouth good; I’d highlight the seared scallop, the yellowtail with apple/avocado and smoked sea salt and the salmon with lemon. The rolls are cut too thin. Overall an excellent experience, but it is pricy.

Everything about this place is incredible. The service is welcoming & chill. No big frills. The atmosphere isn’t overstimulating but interesting. The food is top tier with delicious pairings and pickled wasabi a must. I’ll surely be coming back for another meal sometime. Psst::: the bathroom is immaculately cleaned (and has a bidet and the seat is warm. That was a surprise. )

Best sushi in Boulder by far, especially considering the fish is flown from Japan! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of all specialty fish. In terms of price, similar to Japango but all the more worth it for higher quality. Will be returning!

Blofish sushi is by far the best sushi restaurant in Boulder. The food is incredibly fresh, and the staff made the experience wonderful. The small space makes the dining experience feel more intimate and private, and the menu/drinks were fun and unique. Highly recommend!

Very intimate space, I love the vibe and the service. From where I sat I could watch them prepare the sushi and it was so cool. I have been to plenty of sushi restaurants that you can watch them prepare the food before but Blofish has been the most impressive, no doubt the fish is fresh.I came here when I visited Boulder a couple years ago with my friend and I brought my boyfriend when we came again! The sushi is delicious!

Great intimate spot for anything from a happy hour drink to omakase. Hard to beat 2 beers with what Boulder has become these days. I need to come back for the Alaskan Salmon the owner caught before they run out.
